The ''WILLBE" residential complex is located in one of the most picturesque and greenest places of Ukraine - in Koncha-Zaspa, which is a historical district in the south of Kyiv. Construction technology
The "WILLBE" residential complex is built according to the monolithic frame technology, with the external walls filled with full-bodied bricks, and they are also comprehensively insulated with mineral wool insulation.
The facades of the buildings is hinged and ventilated with a porcelain stoneware and HPL-panels.
On the second building, it is planned to place an individual rooftop gas boiler "Buderus" (Germany), which will provide autonomous heating and hot water consumption.
